Inexpensive Ways to Show Your Appreciation
Have you had someone step up and attend a last-minute IEP meeting or complete a form you needed in the SAME DAY? Small treats throughout the year are an easy way to show teachers and co-workers your appreciation. I try to have small gifts and tags on-hand to easily “thank” a teacher for his/her support or help brighten someone’s day. Here are a few teacher treats and tags that are perfect to show your appreciation and inexpensive, allowing you to easily spread the love!
Top 5 Favorite Tags and Treats
“Sweet Teacher Like You Are So Refreshing” is a cute tag to attach to a water bottle and lemonade drink mix. These lemonade packets are small and easy to store for when you are ready to use them. As spring approaches (and the countdown to summer break begins), this is a “refreshing” treat to help recharge someone’s week.
I often use the “Thanks For Going The Extra Mile” tag attached to “Extra” gum to show my gratitude to teachers that have stepped in for a last-minute IEP or completed paperwork in a time crunch.
“You’re All That And A Bag Of Chips” is the perfect tag for a Friday afternoon after a long week!
Who doesn’t love Flair Pens!? I love that I can use the “Let’s Start The Week Off Write” tag on Flair Pens or Sharpies. This tag is a great way to help your co-workers start the week with a smile! I will often open the package and attach the tag to a single pen or Sharpie. This way I can treat more people in a cost effective way.
I love keeping note pads or bright Post-It notes on hand to gift with a “Take Note, You Are An Amazing Teacher” tag.
I keep a basket in my classroom so that I can easily access the tags and teacher treats. You can attach the tag with a small cloth pin, washi tape or twine. You can grab my Growing Teacher Tag Bundle in my Teachers Pay Teachers store.
I am excited to see how you will be spread the love a your school.
